WebPortillo’s will donate to the Organization 20% of net food and beverage sales (gross sales less taxes, and other like fees, discounts, and other similar expenses) during the Event for sales where a Flyer is presented (digitally or physically – smart phones are acceptable) or Organization mentioned at the time of purchase as hereinafter described.
